RETURN POLICY

Watch/jewelry may be returned for exchange for any reason within 5 days of the date the watch/jewelry was received, PROVIDED THE RETURNED WATCH/JEWELRY IS IN NEW, UNUSED, AND UNWORN CONDITION, WITH ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING MATERIALS, UNUSED WARRANTY CARDS, INSTRUCTION BOOKLETS, AND RECEIPTS. NEW and UNUSED means that there may be NO MARKS ON THE WATCH/JEWELRY, NOR ANY WEAR ON ANY TAGS (SUCH AS HOLOGRAM OR SHIPPING TAGS) ON THE BACKS OF THE WATCH CASES. We do not sell used watches/jewelry unless specified and will not accept a watch/jewelry with any indication that the watch/jewelry was worn. In such cases the watch will be returned to the purchaser.

DGJ will exchange the purchase price of the watch/jewelry returned within the time and manner stated above, LESS ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS, RESTOCKING FEES AND HANDLING ASSOCIATED WITH PURCHASE.  NOTICE: IF THE CUSTOMER HAD FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING THEN THE CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE SHIPPING.

NOTE: YOU MUST OBTAIN A "RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)" FROM DGJ BEFORE RETURNING A WATCH / JEWELRY FOR AN EXCHANGE. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA. THE RMA NUMBER MUST BE WRITTEN ON YOUR ORIGINAL INVOICE AND ON THE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL. ANY WATCHES/JEWELRY RETURNED WITHOUT AN RMA WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED. WATCHES SHOULD BE SENT TO:

WATCHES / JEWELRY MUST BE SENT POSTAGE PREPAID, US MAIL REGISTERED PREPAID AND INSURED, OR FEDERAL EXPRESS PREPAID, AND INSURED. DGJ IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY WATCH/JEWELRY RETURNED TO DGJ THAT IS NOT RETURNED IN THE MANNER SET FORTH ABOVE.
